What To Eat (Healthy) If You Are On Low Budget - Here Are Some Based On My Experience

As a student who is studying abroad and working part-time, I have to manage my expenses in order to avoid financial disadvantages of any kind. Not as easy as i thought. I had to pay rent, insurance, fitness fee, food and drinks and other bills.
Deciding what to consume often brings my brain to work harder then ever. No exaggerating.
One need not only to eat cheap but also a healthy foods. (Yes i do think investing in your own body is a good investment)

So here we go :

WHAT SHOULD I EAT TODAY .. ?

This is one interesting question. Personally, I am not the "cooking type" and somehow lazy to even think about it.
But thanks to many fitness articles that help generate ideas, I have collected some of them that I would like to share with you:

1.  Oats with Milk & fresh Fruits

I don't like the idea of gaining weight and I think this helps me maintain my calorie intake and improves my health. Oats contain dietary fiber that supports bowel movement and cleans your body.
I usually choose bananas since it is cheaper. Maybe some berries when the store offer a discount. Best served in the morning with some cold brew. It works really well boosting my morning mood.
You can also first microwave your oats if you want a soft meal. As you like. It depends on how you want to serve it.

2.  Diet Juice
I find this recipe on the internet and use it as one of my daily intake
    - 1 banana
    - 1 orange
    - Oats
    - Joghurt
    - Milk
    - Whey protein
You can use any fruits you prefer. Very easy. Mix it all together and serve it cold. It only takes you time and a little effort. It really keeps you full in the morning, speaking from experience.

3. Banana Pancake
This is one of my favorite dishes, as it tastes like Martabak terang bulan (an Indonesian street dish).
Ingredients :
   - 4 eggs
   - 1 banana
   - a spoon of flour
   - Oats
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add some oil or butter to the pan and cook over a low heat.
This is actually more of a "fitness food". But since the ingredients are cheap, I decided to put it on the list.
(A friendly advice: don't add too much wheat to avoid an excess of carbohydrates)

These recipes work accordingly. If you are trying to both save money and stay healthy, this article is for you.

In addition, I would advise you to look for a discounted product in order to reduce your expenses.
It varies from place to place, but some grocery stores often offer their products at half price before closing time or at the end of the month.
